At Redan Business and Vocational Institute (RBVI), admissions are open to individuals from various educational backgrounds. To qualify for admission, applicants must belong to one of the following categories: those who have not completed Senior Four (S.4) are eligible to sit for the Directorate of Industrial Training (DIT) national exams; those who have completed S.4 with at least three passes qualify for Certificate courses and can sit for the Uganda Business and Technical Examinations Board (UBTEB) national exams; those who have completed A’level with at least one principal pass and two subsidiary passes qualify for Diploma courses; and individuals with prior training in a related field are eligible to enroll in short courses of their choice.
Prospective students can apply by visiting the institute physically at Ham Towers on the 3rd floor, where they can pay the application fee and fill out the application form, leading to automatic admission to RBVI. Alternatively, applicants can complete the online application form and send it to rbvi.kampala@gmail.com, after which they will be promptly contacted for further processing.
